Height and Weight

We measure height, weight, and calculate Body Mass Index (BMI) to assess your overall health

Blood Pressure and Pulse Oximetry

We measure blood pressure and pulse oximetry, providing vital indicators of cardiovascular health

Blood Glucose and Cholesterol Testing

We offer blood glucose and cholesterol testing, providing valuable information about diabetes risk and cardiovascular health

Eye Glasses
Program

Our free reading glasses program ensures that individuals have access to vision correction

Healthy Mother & Healthy Baby

Focusing on prenatal, pediatric, and adult care, we provide essential vitamins and support through the Pack'n Play Program

Dental
Program

Our dental program offers basic screenings, fluoride treatments, and dental hygiene care packages, promoting oral health in the community

Physical & Occupational Therapy

Through partnerships with Physical and Occupational Therapy departments, we offer examinations and education to alleviate pain and enhance motor skills

Cardiac, Cancer, and Rheumatology Screenings

Utilizing data to track patient progress, we prioritize cardiovascular health, cancer screenings, and rheumatological assessments

Opioid Resource Distribution

As part of our commitment to combating the Opioid Epidemic, we provide resources and education to reduce harm in the community

Medical Residents

Our dedicated healthcare professionals work collaboratively to ensure every patient receives personalized attention, thorough assessments, and access to the right care

Mental Health & Wellness Station

Our mental health & wellness station serves to psycho-educate patients and screen them for General Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, and risk of committing suicide

Wound Care

Uniquely at our BIPOC health promoter in Kensington, we have an indoor wound care clinic as well as a mobile wound care clinic. The mobile unit will travel the streets of Alleghany Avenue cleaning individuals' wounds and providing access to follow-up services
