Embark on a journey of maternal and infant well-being at Healthy Mother & Healthy Baby Station. Our commitment is to provide comprehensive support, encompassing essential vitamins, the Pack’n Play Program, and continuous care:
1. Prenatal, Pediatric, and Adult Multivitamins:
- Our station is stocked with a range of multivitamins catering to prenatal, pediatric, and adult needs.
- Patients have the opportunity to obtain a 30 day supply of vitamins.
2. The Pack'n Play Program:
- Expectant mothers are embraced by our Pack’n Play Program, offering a new Pack’n Play along with a thoughtfully curated bag of supplies.
- The bag includes essentials such as diapers, pacifiers, bottles, wipes, and a thermometer — all contributing to a seamless and stress-free motherhood journey.
3. Educational Empowerment - Pre and Postnatal Care:
- Beyond tangible support, our program places a strong emphasis on education. We provide informational materials to empower mothers with knowledge about pre and postnatal care.
4. Ongoing Support and Follow-up:
- The support doesn’t end at our station. Following the distribution of the Pack’n Play, our dedicated team engages in regular follow-ups.
- We reach out to families at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months after the baby’s birth, ensuring ongoing care and monitoring the health of both the newborn and the mother.
